As our new Associate Director, Landscape Architecture you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Lead the landscape architectural studio and the project teams of architects / landscape architects / designers

Develop direction for the firm’s marketing and business development processes

Cultivate client relationships and develop key accounts

Oversee and give direction for the management of the quality of landscape architectural work

Develop the people in the company

Oversee and give direction for the management of resources and financial control over project design budgets

Provide direction for the firm’s strategic planning (local and global)

Provide direction for the firm’s productivity and innovation road map

Set design direction for key projects
-
Produce concepts and schematic designs in accordance to clients’ requirements and aspirations for key projects
-
Oversee the development of detailed design and production of detailed drawings and specifications for tender and for contractors to follow for construction purposes

Oversee the construction and implementation of projects
